A new Attack on Titan (進撃の巨人) Ichiban Kuji lottery is launching in Japan with figures of Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Erwin and Hange, plus a Levi figure riding a horse as its Last One prize.

Bandai Spirits' official product page lists the Heart of the Matter lottery for release from 24 October at Lawson, Ichiban Kuji official shops and other participating retailers. Each draw costs ¥850, while the online version begins on 17 November at 1pm Japan time. 1

The top five prizes are MASTERLISE figures of Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Erwin and Hange. The figures stand at roughly 25cm and are designed around the series' recognisable salute pose. Lower prizes include Kirara-ise mascots, A3 aurora posters, chokonokko figures, rubber goods and stickers. 2

The Last One prize is a roughly 30cm MASTERLISE figure of Levi riding a horse. Bandai Spirits highlights the sculpted folds in Levi's clothing and the horse's coat, making the final prize more than a simple alternate character figure. The same Levi figure is also available through the campaign's Double Chance promotion, which runs until the end of January 2027. 1

The release arrives after the television anime's conclusion in 2023, but the franchise remains active through merchandise and special projects. This particular lottery is aimed squarely at collectors who want a full Survey Corps line-up rather than a new story announcement.

Our opinion

The strongest part of this lottery is its clear collector logic. Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Erwin and Hange make the main prize line-up feel like a deliberate group, while Levi on horseback gives the Last One prize a properly distinct silhouette. It is still a retail lottery, so the final cost of chasing a favourite character will depend on luck and local stock, but the range is more coherent than a scattershot merchandise drop.

The official listing also makes the practical details unusually clear: 24 October for shop sales, 17 November for online sales, and ¥850 per draw. Fans should check the official store and retailer listings before travelling, because availability may vary by shop and the products can sell through.
