The second season of Kizudarake Seijo yori Fukushū o Komete has its theme song. Imagica Infos and DNP, which produce the series under the Animation ID label, announced on 19 September that Juice=Juice perform Karei naru Revenger as the opening theme, and released a third teaser trailer cut to the song.

The track is written by Aoi Yamazaki, composed by RUSH EYE and Anna Kusakawa and arranged by RUSH EYE. Juice=Juice formed in 2013 and perform now as an eleven-member group; the announcement notes that their October 2025 single passed roughly 800 million plays across social platforms.

Where and when it airs

The season starts on tvk, Television Kanagawa, on Thursday 1 October at 24:00, the Japanese convention for midnight, which puts it in the small hours of Friday. CBC Television follows from Friday 2 October at 26:59, or the early hours of Saturday.

Streaming begins early on d Anime Store and Anime Times, from 1 October at 24:15, before a wider rollout on 3 October at 12:00 across TVer, Amazon Prime Video, ABEMA, U-NEXT, FOD, Anime Hōdai, Hulu, TELASA, Niconico, DMM TV, J:COM STREAM, milplus, HAPPY! Dōga, Lemino, AnimeFesta and the Bandai Channel. That is eighteen Japanese services in total. Every time above is Japanese time and the platform list is domestic, so nothing here says when the season reaches viewers elsewhere.

A revenge story that opens at a festival

The anime adapts the manga drawn by SORAJIMA and published on Piccoma, and it returns for a second season that opens at the kingdom's birthday festival. The heroine, a saint whose gift is to return whatever pain she is dealt, is chosen as the Rose Princess and comes face to face with the friend who betrayed her, while the truth about her family's death edges closer. The season's tagline is blunt about the bargain: the pain you are given, you return with pain. The first season aired from July 2025, and a fourth collected volume follows from Ichijinsha on 16 October.

A giveaway runs alongside it

The series' official X account has opened a follow-and-repost giveaway for a signed board from all eleven Juice=Juice members, running from 19 September to 6 October with two winners.

Our opinion

The most honest thing about this campaign is the song title. Karei naru Revenger means gorgeous revenger, which is the whole pitch of Kizudarake Seijo folded into two words: prettiness and payback sold as a single product. The show has always known it, and its marketing leans in — the season art pairs a serene couple with a promise to drag every crime into the daylight, and the series airs at 24:00 and 26:59, hours reserved for material nobody is pitching at children. An idol troupe built on brightness is a sharper fit than it first looks: a saint who hands pain back deserves a chorus you can hum while she does it. The part worth watching is the rollout. The manga lives on Piccoma and the anime arrives on eighteen Japanese services within three days of broadcast, and both of those are domestic arrangements. Japan's production committees have become extremely good at opening a season at home and equally good at leaving everyone else waiting on a licensing announcement that may never arrive. For a story whose hook is universal — being underestimated, and then getting even — that is the most frustrating kind of success.
