My Hero Academia heads to Umeda Sky Building

The limited-time Osaka event will bring new character visuals, themed drinks, merchandise and a stamp rally to Umeda Sky Building from October 30.

My Hero Academia (僕のヒーローアカデミア) is heading to Osaka’s Umeda Sky Building for a limited-time collaboration event running from October 30 to November 30, 2026. The campaign will take over the Kuchu Teien Observatory with new character visuals, themed food, merchandise and a stamp rally.

The event is centred on the 39th and 40th floors of the Umeda Sky Building. AMNIBUS says the collaboration will use newly drawn visuals of six characters, with the venue also displaying character panels for visitors who want to take photos with the cast.

Tickets and the stamp rally

A collaboration ticket bundles admission to the 40th-floor observatory with two random stickers and a stamp-rally sheet. The ticket costs ¥2,800 for visitors from middle-school age upwards, or ¥1,200 for children aged four to 12. Online sales began on October 16, while same-day sales are scheduled to start on October 30. Visitors who complete the rally can exchange their sheet for one random glass magnet from a six-design set.

The organisers say the event’s usual opening hours are 9:30am to 10:30pm, with last entry at 10pm, although hours will change on November 8 for facility maintenance.

Drinks, goods and bonuses

Cafe SKY 40 will serve a collaboration drink for ¥880, with each order including one random clear coaster from a six-design set. The UMEDA SKYBLDG GALLERY SHOP on the 39th floor will sell event merchandise, including acrylic stands, acrylic keyrings, glitter badges, visual cards and souvenir cookies. Customers spending ¥2,000 or more on eligible goods will receive one random postcard from a six-design set, while some boxed items will carry additional event-only bonuses.

AMNIBUS warns that merchandise and bonus items are limited, and that designs, availability and event details may change. Some products may receive later online sales, but those details will be confirmed separately.

Our opinion

This is a stronger collaboration than a simple shop pop-up because the venue gives the campaign a clear destination: fans can combine an observatory visit with themed food, collectible bonuses and a stamp rally. The randomised rewards will not appeal to everyone, but the schedule and ticket bundle make the event easy to understand before a trip. International fans should check the official event page before travelling, particularly around the November 8 maintenance change and the possibility of limited items selling out.
