The change applies to the SVOD and TVOD services listed by the production committee. It is a Japanese streaming-schedule update, not confirmation of a new overseas broadcast time.
What's actually going on
The official announcement keeps the reason for the change private, but it is clear about the before-and-after: the previous schedule was every Sunday from 12:00, while the new schedule starts every Tuesday from 18:00, beginning with Episode 47.
The affected SVOD platforms are Lemino, Anime Times, Disney+, Anime Hodai, U-NEXT, d Anime Store, Bandai Channel, TELASA’s subscription plan, J:COM STREAM’s subscription plan, milplus, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, FOD, ABEMA and DMM TV.
The TVOD list includes Bandai Channel, TELASA, J:COM STREAM, milplus, Amazon Prime Video, HAPPY!動画, Kantantele Doga, Video Market and music.jp. The announcement separately says the AVOD schedule will not change.
The time is Japan Standard Time. Viewers elsewhere should check their platform’s local listing, because international services and release times can follow separate licensing arrangements.

A Sunday-to-Tuesday move is easy to miss, especially for viewers who have built the anime into a weekend routine. The platforms covered by the notice are extensive, so Japanese subscribers should update their expectations before Episode 47 arrives.
