Detective Conan Puzzle adds a second wave of themed goods
Detective Conan Puzzle’s second merchandise wave brings three themed acrylic collections to Oshimall for a time-limited October pre-order.
Detective Conan Puzzle: Cross Chain (Meitantei Conan Puzzle: Banjou no Rensa / 名探偵コナンパズル 盤上の連鎖) is getting a second wave of original merchandise, with orders scheduled to open on October 14.1
What is being sold
The new line includes acrylic keychains and acrylic blocks using artwork from three in-game events: the yokai-themed Hyakki Yagyo, the RPG-inspired Mystery Quest and the Alice in Wonderland-themed Wonderland.1 The products are offered in random designs or complete sets, with a hologram card included at a qualifying spend during the order period.
Orders are due to run through October 28 at Oshimall, the online shop operated by Cybird, according to the report.1 The source lists prices of 770 yen for a random acrylic keychain, 4,200 yen for a complete keychain set, 1,100 yen for a random acrylic block and 6,600 yen for a complete block set.1
Cybird’s official game materials describe Detective Conan Puzzle: Cross Chain as a free-to-play match-three puzzle game in which characters level up and unlock scenes, furniture and costumes.2
The important dates
The second merchandise wave is scheduled to open at 1 p.m. Japan time on October 14 and close at 11:59 p.m. on October 28.1 Availability, shipping and any international ordering restrictions should be checked directly on Oshimall before purchase.
Our opinion
This is a straightforward fan-merchandise update rather than a major game announcement, but the three themes give the collection a clearer identity than a generic character-goods drop. The most useful detail for fans is the fixed order window: the designs are being sold as a time-limited pre-order, not described as permanent stock.
