Granblue Fantasy: Relink adds 29 new convenience-store prints in Japan
Cygames artwork from Granblue Fantasy: Relink is now available as paid prints through convenience-store machines in Japan, with 29 designs on offer.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink has become the latest Cygames title to receive a new set of paid convenience-store prints in Japan. The Entame Print service launched 29 designs on 28 October, covering characters and locations from the action RPG. 1
The collection includes character artwork featuring Id, Lancelot, Gallanza and Magisa, alongside background illustrations of places including Folca and the throne room. Fans can enter the relevant content number into a multi-function copier at FamilyMart, Lawson or Ministop stores to print their chosen design. Each print is sold in two sizes: L-size prints cost ¥180 including tax, while 2L-size prints cost ¥270. 12
The collection is scheduled to remain available until 11:59 p.m. on 30 June 2027, although availability depends on the participating shop and the service's own stock or machine support. The release is tied to Cygames Magazine's Cygames Memories series, a 15th-anniversary project looking back at games from the company's catalogue. Granblue Fantasy: Relink is the sixth instalment of that linked merchandise programme. 1
Granblue Fantasy: Relink launched as an action RPG with a large cast of skyfarers, and the official Steam listing provides the same game's visual identity used for this story's hero image. 3 The new print range is aimed at existing fans who want a small, physical piece of the game's world, rather than players waiting for a software update.
Our opinion
This is a modest but neatly targeted anniversary tie-in. The 29-design spread is broad enough to cover more than the headline heroes, while the inclusion of locations should make the range more interesting to collectors who already own character merchandise. The important practical detail is the end date: overseas fans should not assume the convenience-store service is available outside Japan, and anyone travelling there will need the individual content numbers listed by Entame Print. For an established game, this kind of low-cost print release keeps its artwork circulating without pretending it is a major expansion.
