Milky and LOOK A La Mode join Green Parks for a cosy fashion collection
Fujiya’s Milky and LOOK A La Mode join Green Parks for a 13-piece fashion collaboration launching in Japan on 30 October.
Milky and LOOK A La Mode are getting a cosy fashion makeover through a new Green Parks collaboration celebrating Fujiya’s long-running candy brand. The collection arrives in Japan on 30 October, with 13 apparel and accessory designs spanning Milky’s familiar pink-and-blue packaging and LOOK A La Mode’s fruit-led palette.1
The Milky range uses the brand’s wrapper graphics and Peko-chan imagery across items including a fluffy V-neck cardigan, patterned trousers, a blanket, a hairband, a flower pouch, a package charm and socks. Prices listed by Green Parks run from ¥1,989 for the flower socks and package charm to ¥4,990 for the cardigan and fluffy trousers.12
LOOK A La Mode takes a brighter route, using banana, almond, strawberry and pineapple motifs on a sweatshirt, fruit-pattern trousers, a blanket, hairband, quilted pouch and charm. Those pieces are priced between ¥1,989 and ¥3,990 on the official campaign shop.12
The collaboration is the second Green Parks collection created to mark Milky’s 75th anniversary. Fujiya’s candy brand is the central focus, while LOOK A La Mode expands the campaign with a second set of colours and fruit illustrations rather than simply repeating the Milky packaging design.12
The range will be sold at Green Parks shops, the official STRIPE CLUB web store and ZOZOTOWN. The official web store is scheduled to open its listings at 10am on 30 October. Some physical shops may not carry the full range, according to the campaign page.2
Customers can also receive limited bonuses while stocks last. Green Parks shops will offer original stickers and two smartphone wallpapers, while STRIPE CLUB customers spending at least ¥5,000 will receive a Pop Candy charm and two more wallpapers.1
Our opinion
This works because the two halves of the collection have clear visual identities. Milky gets the instantly recognisable Peko-chan and wrapper treatment, while LOOK A La Mode has enough fruit-and-yellow colour to feel like a separate line. The campaign image also makes the split obvious at a glance, giving the collaboration a stronger identity than a generic logo placement. The practical catch is availability: the best pieces may be limited by shop stock and the bonuses are first-come, first-served, so interested fans should check the official STRIPE CLUB listing rather than assume every item will be available locally.
