One Piece brings Sanji to Dr. Squatch's returning soap collection
Dr. Squatch has revived its One Piece soap range with a new Sanji-inspired Blue Flame Fresh scent alongside returning Luffy and Zoro products.
Dr. Squatch has brought back its limited-edition One Piece collection, adding a Sanji-inspired scent to the returning Luffy and Zoro products. The range is a licensed merchandise collaboration rather than a new anime release, with the latest items listed through Dr. Squatch’s official store. 12
Sanji gets Blue Flame Fresh
The new Blue Flame Fresh scent is available as a bar soap and deodorant. Dr. Squatch describes the bar as a light-grit soap made with olive oil, with crisp air and salted driftwood notes; the product description also lists bergamot, sea air, tea, spice, amber and driftwood. 12
The branding connects the scent to Sanji’s fiery fighting style, including a reference to Diable Jambe. The image used for this story shows Sanji’s Blue Flame Fresh box above the returning Straw Hat Bricc and Three Sword Surge products, making the change easy to identify at a glance.
Luffy and Zoro return
The revived collection also brings back Straw Hat Bricc, inspired by Monkey D. Luffy, and Three Sword Surge, inspired by Roronoa Zoro. The reported US bundles include a two-deodorant pack priced at $27 and an eight-piece Pirates’ Treasure Trove listed at $75 before a reported promotional discount. Individual bars are described as subscriber-only products. 12
The collection is labelled limited edition, so availability may change. That is the practical catch with this kind of franchise merchandise: the announcement matters less as a permanent product launch than as a signal that the first collaboration sold well enough for Dr. Squatch to expand it with another Straw Hat.
Our opinion
Adding Sanji is the obvious move, but it is also the right one. Blue Flame Fresh gives the returning range a clear new headline without pretending that every Straw Hat needs a separate product immediately. The boxes do the heavy lifting: they look recognisably One Piece, while the scent names and character references keep the collaboration from feeling like a logo slapped on ordinary soap.
For fans, the sensible approach is to check the official collection page before buying because limited-edition stock and bundle prices can change. The story here is not that this is essential anime merchandise; it is that a previous collaboration has returned with a genuinely new character-specific addition. 2
