Wildcard Alchemist manga reaches its final chapter
Square Enix's Manga UP! service has published the final chapter of Skyfarm and Tentashi's Wildcard Alchemist manga.
Wildcard Alchemist: Building the Ultimate Guild With a Divine Fluffy Beast and Random Alchemy Skill (ギルドを追放されたけどもふもふ神獣に授かった神スキル「ランダム錬金」で最強のギルドを作って無双します) has reached its final chapter on Square Enix's Manga UP! service. Anime News Network reports that the service published the third part of the final chapter on Sunday, bringing the digital manga's run to an end. 1
The fantasy series follows Iluto, an alchemist expelled from the Dragnate guild after being dismissed as worthless. He soon reunites with Noir, a fluffy divine beast that grants him the Random Alchemy skill, and begins building a new guild with an elf ally and his supernatural companion. Manga UP! describes the story as a rise from a toxic guild's cast-off to a recognised alchemist with an increasingly powerful team. 2
Skyfarm writes the story, Tentashi draws the manga and Dr. Mine handles composition. The manga launched on Manga UP! in April 2025. Square Enix published the first collected volume in September 2025, while the fourth and final volume is scheduled for November 6. The English digital edition is published by Manga UP! Global, according to ANN. 1
The final-chapter page is live on Manga UP!'s official service, confirming that the conclusion is available through the publisher's digital platform. 2 Readers should note that access and chapter availability can vary between the Japanese service and the English-language release.
Our opinion
This is a straightforward ending announcement rather than a surprise cancellation: Wildcard Alchemist has completed its serialisation, with its final collected volume still to come. The timing makes the November 6 book release the next useful milestone for readers following the series in print or digital form.
