Berserk Guts and Griffith figure set opens pre-orders
Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for a Max Factory set pairing Guts and Griffith, with a special base and sleeve.
Berserk fans can now pre-order a new POP UP PARADE SP set pairing Guts in his Berserker Armour with Griffith as the Falcon of Light. Good Smile Company lists the Max Factory-made set at ¥24,000, with orders open from 8 October to 18 November 2026 and shipping scheduled for May 2027. 1
The set brings together two of Berserk's most recognisable characters in a single display. Guts is shown in the Berserker Armour's sane state, while Griffith appears as the Falcon of Light. Good Smile says both are painted, non-scale plastic complete products with stands included. Guts measures approximately 300mm in length and Griffith stands about 230mm tall, including his stand. 1
What comes with the Berserk figure set
The bundle includes a special base designed to display both figures together, along with a special sleeve. Those extras are exclusive to the combined set rather than simply being two individual figures placed in one order. The sculpt is credited to Hiroshi Yuasa of Max Factory, with paintwork by Asuka Marunouchi. 1
Good Smile's product page says the displayed figures are sample prototypes, so some details may change before production. It also notes that paintwork is partly done by hand and that final products, stands and supports may differ from the samples shown in the official photographs. 1
Pre-order details and release date
The official listing gives a reference price of ¥24,000 and a May 2027 shipping window. Pre-orders are open now through 18 November 2026 in Japan Standard Time, although the product may sell out before the stated closing date. Orders through Good Smile's online store are described as guaranteed during the specified period, subject to payment and shipping information being correct. 1
Good Smile also points international buyers towards its partner-shop listing. Availability, pricing, taxes and delivery dates can vary by region, so fans outside Japan should check the relevant local retailer before ordering. 1
The source report from Anibu identifies the same set and confirms that the individual Guts and Griffith figures are also available to pre-order separately. The combined release is the more complete option for collectors who want the special sleeve and shared display base, while separate listings may suit buyers who only want one character. 23
Our opinion
This is a stronger collector proposition than two unrelated figure listings bundled together. The shared base gives the set a clear display purpose, and the contrast between Guts and Griffith makes the pairing instantly readable even for fans who have not followed every detail of Berserk's long-running story. The ¥24,000 price is significant, but the bonus presentation pieces and the scale of both figures give the set a more obvious reason to exist than a simple two-item discount.
The important caveat is timing: this is a May 2027 product, not an imminent release. Buyers should also remember that Good Smile's images show prototypes and that international stock, shipping costs and final paintwork can vary. For collectors already planning to buy both characters, the set looks like the cleanest version of the release; everyone else can compare the individual pre-orders before committing.
