New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt gets a Halloween kuji
Kadokawa's Kujibikido lottery is selling Halloween-motif New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt goods from 13 October, across five prize tiers and with newly drawn art.

Kadokawa has opened a Halloween-themed online lottery for New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt on its Kujibikido service.
What is on offer
The sale runs from 12:00 JST on 13 October to 11:59 JST on 10 November 2026, at 770 yen per draw with tax included and a shipping fee charged on top. Every prize uses newly drawn illustrations of Panty, Stocking, Polyester and Polyurethane dressed for Halloween, and Kujibikido's lotteries run without blanks, so each draw returns one item.
Five tiers of prizes
The top tier is a choose-your-own T-shirt in three variants, followed by a tapestry in three, an acrylic stand figure in four, an acrylic key holder in six and a tin badge in six.
Bonus draws and a repost campaign
Buyers of ten-draw sets receive a random bromide from four designs, and twenty-draw sets add an acrylic illustration panel. A repost campaign running on X alongside the sale will give three winners the complete four-figure set of the acrylic stand figures.
Our opinion
The interesting thing about this lottery is what it is not selling. Panty & Stocking built its reputation on being the anime that went too far, and a Halloween kuji converts that reputation into four cute costumes and a deck of tin badges. That is not a betrayal so much as a routine: franchises with an edge get merchandised through their softest available register, because a T-shirt has to be wearable at a convention and a demon with a trident still has to sit on a shelf. The three-tier price ladder tells you where the money is, and it is not the badges. What the artwork does do well is keep the cast together and in character, which is more than most anniversary merchandise manages; a Halloween set that had split the four into separate, safer products would have read as a studio hedging. This one reads as a studio that knows exactly what it has.
