Detective Precure collaboration reveals first Real Escape Game merchandise

The Detective Precure Real Escape Game collaboration will sell five event-exclusive merchandise items in Tokyo and Osaka from late November.

Detective Precure (名探偵プリキュア!) is getting five pieces of event merchandise for its first collaboration with Real Escape Game, including acrylic keychains, a multi-board, trading cards, a tin mirror and a puzzle file. The line-up is tied directly to the characters and the event’s mystery plot, rather than being a generic anime tie-in. 1

The merchandise line-up

The first wave includes six randomly assorted trading acrylic keychains featuring designs linked to Anna’s book, a multi-board based on Mikuru’s belongings, and 10 trading cards using the characters’ newly drawn costumes. There is also a tin mirror inspired by Ruruka’s pocket watch and a puzzle file containing an original story to solve at home. The items are priced at ¥800 for the keychains, ¥2,500 for the multi-board, ¥300 per trading card and ¥800 for the mirror; the puzzle file costs ¥1,200. 1

Where to buy the Detective Precure goods

SCRAP says the merchandise will be sold only to event participants at the Real Escape Game Kichijoji venue in Tokyo and Hirakata Park in Osaka. Tokyo sales run from 27 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, while the Osaka run lasts from 5 December 2026 to 11 January 2027. Online sales have not yet been announced. 12

Customers who spend at least ¥2,000 on the event merchandise will also receive one random holographic illustration card from a six-card set, while supplies last. The official event site describes the wider experience as a family-friendly mystery game in which players help Detective Precure investigate a missing treasure chest. 2

Why this matters

This is a small merchandise announcement, but it gives fans a clearer reason to follow the collaboration beyond the event itself. The products borrow designs and props from the original scenario, and the puzzle file extends that scenario into a take-home format. That makes the first wave more coherent than a simple collection of character prints, even though buyers will need an event ticket and physical attendance to get it.

Our opinion

The strongest item here is the puzzle file: it is the only product that promises a fresh piece of the collaboration’s story rather than just a themed object. The event-only sales restriction will frustrate international fans, and the lack of online pricing or availability leaves a major question unanswered. Still, tying each product to a character’s props gives the range a clear identity, and the ¥2,000 bonus should make the merchandise feel like part of the mystery rather than an afterthought.

SCRAP says further merchandise, including online-sales information, will be announced later. For now, fans planning to attend should treat the dates and venue restrictions as the confirmed details, rather than assuming that the goods will be available through a general online shop.
