Our opinion

A 71-minute runtime makes Awakening Mystery a brisk first step into the new film series, but it also explains why the project is being presented as multiple theatrical parts rather than one long continuation. The more important detail for returning viewers is that the film is positioned as a direct continuation of the second season, not a disconnected side story.
