With You, Our Love Will Make It Through manga ends with volume 13

Chihiro Yuzuki’s manga about Mari and the beastfolk student Tsunagu will conclude with its 13th collected volume, with no release date announced yet.

With You, Our Love Will Make It Through will conclude with its 13th collected volume. Author Chihiro Yuzuki announced the ending for the manga, also known by its Japanese title Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru.

The series follows Mari and Tsunagu, a beastfolk student, through a romance set in a world where humans and beastfolk live alongside one another. The manga is published in English by Yen Press.

What's actually going on

Yuzuki announced that the manga will end with volume 13 through her official X account. Anime News Network and Anime Corner also reported the conclusion.

Shueisha published the manga’s 11th volume in Japan on 24 March 2026. Volume 12 is scheduled to ship in Japan on 25 September 2026, while no release date has yet been announced for the final volume.

The story centres on Mari and Tsunagu, whose relationship develops against the social divide between humans and beastfolk. That premise gives the series a little more to work with than a straightforward school romance, even if the emotional stakes remain firmly character-led.

The manga also received a 12-episode television anime adaptation that aired from October 2025. Studio Millepensee produced the anime, and Crunchyroll streamed it with an English dub. The available reports do not establish a worldwide streaming territory.

The final Japanese volume will close the manga’s collected edition run, but the announcement does not provide details about the exact chapter count, release date or any additional anime continuation.

Why you should care

A series reaching its final volume is useful news for readers who prefer to start a manga with a clear destination. There is no need to wonder whether With You, Our Love Will Make It Through is drifting towards an indefinite hiatus or an abrupt cancellation; volume 13 is the planned finish.

The human-and-beastfolk setup has also helped the manga stand out in a crowded romance market. It gives Yuzuki room to explore the awkwardness of a relationship that sits inside a wider social boundary, rather than treating every obstacle as a simple misunderstanding between two classmates.

The anime adaptation expanded the series’ audience, but readers should not assume that the television version will continue simply because the manga is approaching its conclusion. No new anime project was confirmed in the announcement.

For English-language readers, the remaining question is timing. Yen Press publishes the manga in English, but the Japanese volume-13 date has not been announced, so an English release schedule is not available either.

Our opinion

Ending with a planned 13th volume feels like the right kind of news for a romance manga: enough room to give the relationship a proper landing, but not so much runway that every emotional breakthrough needs to be postponed for another dozen chapters.

The important thing now is for the final volume to honour the story’s central tension rather than sprint towards a tidy answer. Mari and Tsunagu’s relationship works because it exists inside a complicated world, not because the characters need one more easily solved misunderstanding.

If you have been waiting for a complete romance before starting, this is a good time to catch up. Just remember that volume 13 has been confirmed as the ending, not given a release date — the final chapter of the wait is still waiting for a date.
